MSD REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING SENIOR CITIZENS

1. Barangay Clearance,certifying that said senior citizen is the real owner, residing and actually paying the monthly electric bill of said

house or building.

 
2. Submit the Xerox copy of his/her Senior Citizen I.D. Card.

 

3. Filed the MOELCI-II Form for application of senior citizen discount.

 

4. Has a monthly consumption of 100 kwh and below.
